Jane Fonda: then and now

Jane Fonda, who is 71, still an 'actress-slash-activist', drew the attention of the fashion world when she left Mr. Chow in Hollywood this week donning a baseball tee with her 1970 mug shot on it, as reported in The Daily Mail. Interestingly enough, it's not the first time this year Fonda has shown a fondness for the photo that resulted from the arrest that occurred in a Cleveland airport nearly 40 years ago when she was falsely accused of drug smuggling (the "drugs" were actually vitamins)."'I told them what [the vitamins] were but they said they were getting orders from the White House -- that would be the Nixon White House," the notoriously liberal Fonda (note her anti-Vietnam raised fist in the mug shot) wrote on her blog earlier this year.

What impresses me about Jane in this 'fashion statement' is that she is embracing all of who she is...if you think the great actress is the one you love, you're wrong...she is everything she has ever been. Love her!
